Name, company, region, email, phone, product interest, quantity, target market, certification needs, customization needs, sample shipping details when provided, and message text.

Purpose

Data is used for manual sales follow-up, product selection review, sample handling, quotation preparation, and project communication.

AI consultant

The consultant is limited to remote-control project guidance. It does not make binding price, lead-time, stock, certification, or payment commitments.

Security

Admin lead review requires a server-side token. Production deployments must set `KANTOS_ADMIN_TOKEN` and a controlled data directory.
